Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a subscription payment is refunded and when it is not — stated plainly.

First, the basics — Every game is always free. A subscription only removes ads — no game or level is ever locked behind it.

When we refund

  • Money was deducted but the subscription did not activate — full refund within 5–7 working days.
  • You were charged twice for the same subscription — the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
  • Write to us within 48 hours of purchase and you have not used it — full refund.

When we do not refund

  • After 48 hours — because the service has been in use by then.
  • Partial periods — cancelling midway does not refund the remaining days.
  • A change of mind, or picking a longer plan by mistake.

Cancelling

There is no auto-renewal here. Each subscription is a one-time purchase that simply expires, so there is nothing to cancel. Ads stay off until your days run out.

How to ask

Email the address below with your order id, the date, and the amount. We reply within 3 working days.

Approved refunds return by the same method used to pay. Banks can take 5–10 working days to post it — that time is the bank's, not ours.
